Ray Brooks has extensive experience in customer relationship management and sales, currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager at CMA since February 2007 and at CMA Consulting Services, Inc. since 2006. Previous roles include sales positions at CNIC, Inc. from 2009 to 2011 and Operations Manager at Peek Traffic from 2004 to 2006. Earlier experience includes significant leadership roles such as Vice President of Sales at Norstan Consulting (2001-2002) and Prima Consulting (1994-2000), as well as Vice President of Business Development at PRIMA Consulting (1995-1999). Ray Brooks earned a degree from the Virginia Military Institute from 1972 to 1976.
