David Sullivan is the COO and General Counsel at CM&B, where responsibilities include managing legal and risk aspects, along with overseeing corporate initiatives related to tax, investment, strategic planning, HR, IT, and standard operating procedures for the Boston and New York offices. With over 30 years of experience in corporate law, previous roles include Tax Partner at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, Tax Practice Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, and Tax Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. David Sullivan's legal career began as a Partner at Burns & Levinson, and an early role was at Gadsby & Hannah. Education credentials include a Tax LLM from Boston University School of Law, a JD from Boston College Law School, and a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by attendance at Boston Latin School.
