Jamie Rajotte-Tremblay

Jamie Rajotte-Tremblay has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jamie is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at CMBG3 Law, where they provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations. Prior to this, Jamie was the Human Resources Director at the same company.

Jamie has also worked as the President of Captivating Talent LLC, a boutique firm providing human resource consulting services. Jamie has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at TDJ Consulting and ALPCO, where they partnered with senior management to develop organizational strategies and establish HR objectives.

Furthermore, Jamie has served as a Sr. Human Resource Consultant at HR ROI, where they analyzed clients' HR programs and recommended solutions. Jamie also served as the Owner and President of Sunbodies Spa, LLC, and held leadership positions at National Human Resources Association, Arbor Networks, Ellacoya, and Cisco Systems.

Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated expertise in developing HR policies, programs, and practices, as well as identifying and implementing talent acquisition and professional development strategies.

Jamie Rajotte-Tremblay completed a Human Resource Management Certification from Southern New Hampshire University in 2000-2001. Jamie also obtained an Associates degree in Business from Northern Essex Community College from 1981 to 1984. Additionally, they have certifications in "The Six Types of Working Genius" from The Six Types of Working Genius institution and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Southern New Hampshire University. The year of obtaining the additional certifications is unknown.
