Helle Krogh Pedersen is an accomplished professional in the field of systems biology, currently serving as the Director of Integrative Systems Biology at Clinical Microbiomics since September 2019, focusing on the integration of metabolome and microbiome data. Previously, Helle held roles as a Bioinformatics Specialist at Clinical Microbiomics, a Postdoctoral Fellow at both the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research and the Technical University of Denmark, where research centered on the human gut microbiome, diabetes, and systems biology. Helle obtained an MSc in Systems Biology from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Biotechnology from Aalborg University, complemented by international experiences as a visiting scholar and during an exchange program.
