Dr. Eduard Baal serves as the Head of R&D and Testing Electrolytes at CMBlu Energy since June 2018, where responsibilities have included leading electrolyte development and product development teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Philipps-Universität Marburg from November 2013 to September 2017 and at the University of Cambridge for a brief period in early 2013. Dr. Baal holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Philipp University of Marburg, where studies were completed between 2013 and 2018, and a Master of Science in Chemistry from the same institution (2011-2013). Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry was obtained from The Philipp University of Marburg from 2008 to 2011.
