Joseph Kamlet

Joseph Kamlet is a Manufacturing Engineer at CMC Rescue since July 2022, specializing in creating a connection between design and production teams for life safety products. Previously, Joseph served as a Space Systems Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman, where Lean principles were utilized within the Industrial Engineering team. In addition, Joseph was the Composites System Lead for Cal Poly Racing's Baja SAE team, overseeing the development of off-road vehicles. Early career experiences include roles as the Assistant Director of Rare Adventures at Wah-Tut-Ca Scout Reservation and as a Scout Craft Instructor at Rancho Alegre, where teaching skills to scouts was the primary focus. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2022, and a high school diploma from San Marcos Senior High School.
