Shanika Aloysius has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shanika is currently working as the Director of the Navigation Systems Engineering Centre of Excellence at CMC Electronics since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President of Reliability & Production Engineering from May 2019 to October 2022. Shanika also held the roles of Chair of the Philanthropy Committee (Montreal) and Program Manager within the same company. Additionally, Shanika Aloysius has obtained several certifications, including Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn in 2022, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2016, and a Ground School Pilot Certificate from Cégep de Chicoutimi in 2007.
