Shanika Aloysius

Shanika Aloysius has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shanika is currently working as the Director of the Navigation Systems Engineering Centre of Excellence at CMC Electronics since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President of Reliability & Production Engineering from May 2019 to October 2022. Shanika also held the roles of Chair of the Philanthropy Committee (Montreal) and Program Manager within the same company. Before Morgan Stanley, Shanika worked at CAE, where they held several positions, including Integrated Engineering Team Lead, Project Engineer, Flight Simulation Integration Specialist, and Software Developer, primarily focusing on military programs.

Shanika Aloysius holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they also completed a Business Fundamentals in China program at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University between 2000 and 2004. Their educational journey began with a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) in Health Science from Marianopolis College from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Shanika Aloysius has obtained several certifications, including Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn in 2022, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2016, and a Ground School Pilot Certificate from Cégep de Chicoutimi in 2007.
