Charlotte Matthews is a board member at CMC Energy Services and a leading expert on building energy efficiency policy. Charlotte has over 17 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries, specializing in sustainable development and operations. Matthews has held senior positions at some of the world's largest real estate companies, including Related Companies and Lendlease. Charlotte has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. In 2009, Matthews was appointed by President Obama to the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where they served as the Vice Chair for Sustainability.
