Eileen McGinnis

Eileen McGinnis was named Chair of CMC’s Board in September 2021. She previously served as CMC’s President and CEO from 2010 until May 2019. Eileen had the honor and privilege of working with Doris Iklé, CMC’s founder, whose commitment to providing high-quality services to households and businesses continues today.

During Eileen’s tenure, CMC saw significant growth and the company expanded its clients, services, and territories. Working closely with Mimi Iklé Khalsa, Chair of CMC’s Board of Directors, CMC began significant investments in the company’s infrastructure, human capital, and technology to better serve its clients and position itself for future growth.

A graduate of Goucher College, Eileen completed a program designed for leaders in public service at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, where she was awarded a Master’s Degree and a certificate in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy. She also earned a Certificate in Business from Wharton’s Executive Education program. Eileen is currently on the faculty of Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs where she teaches the next generation of sustainability leaders.
