Chris B. serves as the Senior Director of IT Technologies & Operations at CMC since March 2011, leading a team of 350 to enhance enterprise technology solutions and align strategies within the Global CIO leadership team. Previous positions include Director of IT Operations & Support and Director of IT Customer Service at CMC, as well as Director of IT Infrastructure Outsourcing at Blockbuster, where Chris managed infrastructure outsourcing agreements. Prior experience also includes a consultant role aimed at transforming IT practices at Blockbuster and a Program Director position at 7-Eleven, leading a $17 million business process transformation. Chris began career as a Program Director at Digital Computer Integration, managing high-revenue accounts and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas.
