Cory Shaffer

Cory Shaffer has over two decades of experience in operational management and sales within the steel and fabrication industries. Currently serving as Fabrication Operations Excellence Manager at CMC since March 2013, Cory has also held roles including Operations Manager and Area Sales Manager within the same company. Prior to CMC, Cory spent 13 years at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where responsibilities included Sales Manager, Contract Sales Representative, and Senior Detailer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from York College of Pennsylvania, obtained between 2003 and 2013, and an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting from YTI Career Institute, completed in 2001.
