Eric Puleo

Eric Puleo has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and security. Eric is currently working as the Chief Information Security Officer at CMC since September 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the information security function and reducing overall security risks.

Prior to this, Eric held the position of Director, IT Information Security at CMC from August 2020 to September 2022. Eric led a team of engineers and focused on information security awareness, operations, vulnerability management, and architecture.

Before joining CMC, Eric worked at First Niagara Bank as the FVP, IT Service Delivery Manager from October 2010 to November 2012. Eric also briefly served as the Acting Director of Infrastructure, Service, and Support during a four-month period in 2011.

From 2008 to 2011, Eric worked at Fifth Third Bank as the VP Grp. Mgr. - Network Services - Mgr. Data Delivery and Strategic Programs. Eric was responsible for managing network services and strategic programs.

Eric's earlier experience includes a role at Fifth Third Bank as the AVP, Mgr, Network Services - Strategic Programs from October 2006 to 2008. Eric was in charge of overseeing the migration of the network infrastructure and managing mobile devices.

Eric started their career at EPT, a Division of Emerson, where they worked as the Manager of Systems Engineering from April 1988 to October 2006.
