Jamie Gass has over two decades of experience in the steel manufacturing industry, having started at Gerdau in September 1999 and continuing at Commercial Metals Company since then. Jamie has held various roles, including Shipping and Inventory General Foreman and HR Generalist, along with positions such as Routine Facilitator for the Rolling Mill and Improvement Champion, where leadership in Kaizen events focused on productivity enhancement was key. Jamie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Tusculum University from 2012 to 2016, following a General Studies education at Fulton High School from 1988 to 1992.
