Joao Feitoza has extensive experience in operations and maintenance management within the metal and automotive sectors, currently serving as Works Manager and Melt Shop Manager at CMC since November 2018. Prior roles include EAF Area Manager and Melt Shop Superintendent at CMC, as well as positions such as Melt Shop Superintendent and General Supervisor at Gerdau North America from July 2009 to November 2018. Joao began a career at Robert Bosch where responsibilities included managing a technical team as Head of Department and serving as a Resident Engineer in Germany. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI (1992-1998).
