John Baugh

John Baugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and automation, currently serving as Maintenance General Foreman at CMC since March 2022 in a hot steel rolling mill environment. Previously, John held roles such as Sr. Automation Specialist at Failsafe Controls and Measurement & Balance at Enterprise Products. Significant expertise was developed during a long tenure at Holcim, where responsibilities included managing continuous emissions monitoring systems and enhancing process analyzers. Additionally, John has demonstrated engineering and supervisory skills through roles at Proformance Group, Merit Electrical, and EMSCO, where oversight of installations and maintenance for industrial systems was key. Early career experience includes valuable roles as an E&I Technician and in the United States Air Force as a Fuels Specialist. John holds a high school diploma from Shongaloo High School.
