Mark Taylor, CEC, P.Eng., is an accomplished plant turnaround leader with a proven track record of transforming underperforming operations into profitable and engaged environments. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at CMC, Mark focuses on safety, efficiency, and team development while preparing for strategic expansion. Previously, Mark held key managerial positions at CNH Industrial and Honey Bee Manufacturing, where they achieved significant cost savings and improvements in operational performance. Mark's early career as an executive coach and in engineering roles laid a strong foundation in leadership development and systems optimization, supporting a diverse range of industries. They hold a B.ASc. in Petroleum Systems Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.
