Matthew Alexander

Matthew Alexander has extensive work experience in the financial and analysis fields. Matthew currently serves as the Director of Business Analysis at CMC since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Financial Analysis at CMC Steel East Mills from January 2015 to March 2022. Before joining CMC, Matthew worked as a Principal Analyst in Finance & Treasury at Pepco Holdings, Inc. from June 2008 to January 2015. Matthew began their career as an Analyst at Fannie Mae from an unknown start date to 2008.

Matthew Alexander has a BA in Business from The Catholic University of America, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Matthew then pursued an MBA in Finance at the American University - Kogod School of Business from 2000 to 2002. Later, they completed an MSA in Accounting at the same institution from 2009 to 2011.
