Monte See has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Commercial Metals Company since May 2012, where significant achievements include the installation of a state-of-the-art Danieli Micro Mill in Mesa, Arizona, along with expansions and upgrades to increase production capacity. Prior to this, Monte See held the position of Engineering Manager at CMC Steel Arizona. Education includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Kennedy-Western University and studies at Kent State University and Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Monte See is officially retired from Project Man as of January 25, 2018.
