Nathan Kraus

Nathan Kraus has over 20 years of experience in tax and financial reporting, currently serving as the Director of Tax at Commercial Metals Company since June 2011. Prior roles include positions such as Director of SEC Reporting, Director of Corporate Services, Director of Tax Accounting and Reporting, Director of International Tax, and International Tax Manager at the same organization. Prior to Commercial Metals Company, Nathan worked at Ensco International plc as Manager of International Tax and at Ernst & Young as a Tax Senior. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a focus on Taxation from Texas Tech University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
