Nathel DuBose, MSHRM, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Area Human Resources Manager at Commercial Metals Company since 2013, Nathel has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management.
