Roger Decoster

Roger DeCoster has extensive work experience in the operations and management field. Roger has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

In 2009, they started their career at AZZ Galvanizing as a Customer Service Representative.

Roger then moved to AZZ Metal Coatings in 2010, where they served as a Plant Manager from June 2010 to July 2013. After that, they took on the role of OK/AR Regional Manager from March 2016 to February 2018. From July 2013 to March 2016, they worked as a Plant Manager, and from March 2018 to July 2020, they were the Regional Operations Manager for GalvaBar.

Currently, Roger is working at CMC as the Regional Operations Manager, a position they have held since July 2020. Roger will transition to the role of Director of Operations - Performance Reinforcing Steel in October 2023.

From 2003 to 2007, Roger DeCoster attended Oklahoma Baptist University where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Biblical Studies.
