Tonya Burton

Tonya Burton is an experienced Employee and Labor Relations Analyst for the Western Region at CMC since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tonya served as a Human Resources Representative at Clearwater Paper Corporation from January 2012 to February 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating recruitment processes, administering payroll, and partnering with management on human resource strategies. Tonya's career also includes a position as a Senior Eligibility Specialist at the State of Utah's Department of Workforce Services, where duties involved case management and ensuring compliance with eligibility guidelines. Additional experience includes work as a Project Assistant at Brimont Construction and as an Office Manager at the Wasatch-Summit County Children's Justice Center. Tonya possesses a diverse skill set in human resources, project management, and customer service.
