Bill G. Williams is an experienced professional in leadership development and organizational training, currently serving as a Thinker - Presenter at ThinkersOne since July 2022. As CEO of The B4 Group Inc. since 2005, Bill specializes in leadership development and also acts as HOST and Partner, VP Corporate Learning at The Art Of. Bill holds an Authorized Partner role at The Five Behaviors®, focusing on team dynamics based on Patrick Lencioni’s model. Additionally, Bill is an Authorized Distributor for Everything DiSC, providing various workplace solutions. With faculty experience at the Canadian Management Centre and previous roles with The Center for Leadership Studies, FranklinCovey, ADP Canada, and COGECO, Bill has a comprehensive background in training and development.
