Chris Salamasick

Chris Salamasick has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Chris co-founded and currently serves as the Managing Director of CMD Global Partners since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Director at XMS Capital Partners from May 2014 to September 2019. Chris began their investment banking career at Lazard in July 2008 as a financial analyst and was promoted to associate, gaining experience in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Chris also had a role as a Summer Equity Research Analyst at Robert W. Baird in June 2007.

Chris Salamasick attended Northwestern University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Geography. Chris then briefly studied at the University of Otago in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Plano Senior High School from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Chris has obtained various certifications in the financial industry, including Series 24, Series 63, Series 79, and Series 82, from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
