Paula Ordway

Paula Ordway is currently the Human Resources Director at CMD. Paula has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, including eleven years as a Human Resources Director. Paula has a proven track record in developing and delivering programs that advance employee productivity and creativity. Paula is also an expert in developing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. Prior to their current position, Paula was the Human Resources Director at LANE, A Finn Partners Company, where they led the delivery of all human resources initiatives. Paula has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing short and long term counsel to start up and established businesses. In their previous position as Vice President at Bank of America, Paula was responsible for leading the bank's human resources function.

Paula Ordway reports to Darren Rankin, President and CEO. They work with Tracey McEwan - Studio Operations Director, Derek Roth - Senior Account Director, and Gretchen Siss - Executive Producer.
