Brian Wilson

Brian Wilson, CFA, CMA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at CME Corp. since September 2025. Wilson has extensive experience in financial leadership, having previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for North America at Barentz from September 2014 to September 2025, and served as Chief Financial Officer at DistTech and Mail Contractors of America, Inc., among other positions. Wilson’s expertise includes financial reporting, treasury management, and strategic analysis, with a notable achievement of managing substantial offering memoranda during tenure at Kenan Advantage Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
