Kevin E. Chen

Kevin E. Chen, P.E., PTOE, is a seasoned Professional Engineer with extensive experience in Traffic Engineering and Highway Engineering, primarily focused in Central New Jersey. Serving at CME Associates since February 2008, Kevin has held multiple roles including Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Design Engineer, where responsibilities include reviewing traffic reports, analyzing local intersections, simulating road networks, and designing improvements for intersections and road programs. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Enercon Services from June 2006 to January 2008 as an Engineer Level IV, specializing in Civil and Structural Engineering for power and nuclear power plants. Kevin holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
