Tejal Patel

Tejal Patel, PE, CME, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at CME Associates since May 2025. With a diverse background in engineering and leadership roles, Tejal previously held positions at T&M Associates, including Client Portfolio Leader for Regional & State Agencies, as well as various associate and management roles. Leadership experience includes serving as President of both the Professional Engineers Society of Mercer County and the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers. Additional roles comprise Assistant Municipal Engineer at The Municipality of Princeton, Senior Highway Engineer at County of Camden, and Lead Highway Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Tejal began career as a Project Engineer at CMX and worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Alaimo Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree from CEPT University.
