Fund & Resource Development: Planning and organizing fundraising initiatives and campaigns, such as annual giving and membership campaigns or special fundraising events. Training and Capacity Building: Training around leadership, management, self-care, and fundraising. Training sessions or workshops to enhance the skills of organizational staff members and volunteers. Most popular training is for fundraising and board development, but CME has found that leadership advising, support, and training are key to overall nonprofit success.
