Ben Rutledge

Ben Rutledge has extensive experience in various roles at CME Group, starting in 2004. As a Manager, Ben serves as a subject matter expert for equity and interest rate futures and options, ensuring proper coordination between different teams and overseeing product initiatives. In previous roles as Lead Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, Ben facilitated communication between research, business, legal, and operations teams, and conducted QA testing for new products. Prior to their time at CME Group, Ben worked at Gap Inc. as a Cash Office Supervisor. Their educational background includes degrees from Northwestern University, Butler University, and Hillsboro High School.
