Jennifer Norris, MS, serves as the Director and Product Manager at CME Group, where responsibilities include managing teams and overseeing the implementation of new systems to streamline operations within the Clearing Division. With extensive experience in client services, product launches, and financial operations, Jennifer has led multiple initiatives related to collateral management, margin configuration, and system architecture, particularly through significant transitions such as the CME/NYMEX merger. Additionally, Jennifer is the founder of 4 Vines LLC and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Finance from Saint Xavier University.
