Thomas Williams

Thomas Williams has extensive experience in technical account management and client implementation within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President at CME Group since November 2018, Thomas manages client implementations for BrokerTec’s fixed income trading system and provides crucial technical support to various personnel. Previously, Thomas held similar VP roles at NEX Markets and ICAP SERVICES NORTH AMERICA, LLC, focusing on client connectivity and support. Early career experience includes systems engineering at ICAP North America and field services management at Garban Broking Services Limited. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology, with additional coursework toward an MBA at Montclair State College.
