Varun Kumar

Varun Kumar is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in implementing enterprise resource planning systems and project management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Change Management Group since June 2024, Varun oversees the implementation of Microsoft Business Central and LS Retail for a retail business in Australia. Previously, Varun held senior project management roles at Ampol Australia and Woolworths Group. Varun's extensive experience in professional services includes significant projects with Manhattan Associates and JDA Software. Varun began a career in technology as a Consultant at i2 Technologies and as a Business Analyst at Honeywell. Varun holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
