Al Bhakta

Al Bhakta is the Founding Principal of CMG Companies, an investment firm established in 2001 with a focus on the multi-unit and franchise sector, including various industries such as restaurants, hotels, retail, sports, automotive, and real estate. With a history of partnerships with well-known brands such as KFC, Taco Bell, Marriott, and Hilton, Al Bhakta has significantly influenced the company's growth and direction. Prior to this role, Al Bhakta served as CEO/President of Genghis Grill from 2004 to 2014 and held positions as a Business Analyst at Cingular Wireless and a Business Application Analyst at Certified Merchant Services. Al Bhakta earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas between 1996 and 1999.
