Melissa Harbourne

Melissa Harbourne is an accomplished human resources professional with over twenty-three years of hands-on team management experience. Alumni of the University of California, Santa Barbara, she's previously held consultant, generalist, and vice president positions at other financial firms. Since 2017, Melissa has been responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, systems management, and compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
