Viresh Pancholi

Viresh Pancholi is a seasoned professional in the electrical engineering field with extensive experience in project management, manufacturing, and estimation. Since September 2025, Viresh has served as Production Manager at CMI Electrical Products. Prior to this role, Viresh held multiple positions at IPD from May 2022 to September 2025, including Manufacturing Manager and National Project Manager for Custom Solutions. Viresh also worked at Schneider Electric as a Custom Board Solutions Estimator from September 2018 to May 2022. With a solid foundation as an Electrical Project Engineer at SRS Electric NSW from August 2011 to October 2017, Viresh has managed various projects, including 132 kV substations and marshalling boxes for the Electricity Commission of NSW. Previous roles include positions at Homelift Elevators Pty Ltd, Sintex Industries Ltd, and Kitchen Xpress Overseas Ltd. Viresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel University and various certifications in detail drafting and contract management from TAFE NSW.
