Michael Villacorta

Michael Villacorta has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Michael worked as an Associate Director of Product Portfolio Management at CMI Media Group, where they were responsible for managing company initiatives and executing implementations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at the same company.

Before joining CMI Media Group, Michael worked at S&P Global as a Lead Business Systems Analyst and then as a Business Systems Analyst III. In these roles, they coordinated between multiple teams, analyzed risks and deliverables, and presented business cases for IT Steering Committee approval. Michael also facilitated requirement sessions and led a team as a Scrum Master to deliver successful enhancement releases.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as a Senior Business Analyst at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, where they led project teams and gathered requirements for various enhancements. Michael also managed transition shut down projects. Additionally, they worked as a Systems Analyst at US Airways and as an Account Manager at Aon, where they developed client relationships and gathered business requirements.

Michael's work experience also includes a role as a Problem Analyst at Western Union Payment Services. Overall, they have a strong background in product management, business analysis, project coordination, and customer relationship management.

Michael Villacorta completed their Master of Science in Information Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University between 2001 and 2005.
