Jalal Jarrah

Jalal Jarrah is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at CMiC since April 2008, Jalal focuses on enhancing product quality by assessing and designing solutions for customer enhancement requests, while facilitating communication between programmers and other departments. Jalal's previous role as Senior Application Developer involved managing all aspects of Oracle-based ERP applications. Prior experience at Yarmouk University included roles as Software Manager and Senior Programmer, where Jalal successfully led software development teams to implement a Student Information System and a Human Resource System. Jalal holds a Master’s Degree in IT Security from Ontario Tech University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University.
