Mallika Vij, CHRP, is a skilled professional with a diverse background in Human Capital Management and software development. Currently serving as an HCM/Payroll Analyst at CMiC since December 2020, Mallika handles client issues related to Human Capital Management software, collaborating closely with software development teams and product teams to enhance client experiences. Previously, as a Human Resources Generalist at Unique Public School, Mallika successfully reduced the time to fill positions and designed cost-saving compensation plans while fostering donor relationships that increased school donations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Software Developer at DXC Technology, where Mallika led front-end redesigns and workflow automation for Procter & Gamble's Global Leadership University Project, and involvement in system integration and testing at STMicroelectronics. Mallika holds an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University.
