Arie Drost

Arie Drost has had a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Arie started their career in 2007 as a Junior Payroll Advisor at Quoratio. Arie then joined TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep) in the same year and worked as a Senior Payroll Specialist/HR Application Manager until 2014. In 2015, Arie joined Ingage as an HR Business Partner and later became the HR Manager. Arie then transitioned to the role of Head of Business Projects & Improvements before becoming the Director Operations Ingage Servicing. In 2019, they briefly worked as the Master of Prototyping at Prototyping.work. Arie has a solid background in HR and plays a crucial role in driving organizational improvements and operations.

Arie Drost has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed a leadership program at Dale Carnegie Training. Prior to that, they obtained a NLP practitioner degree from UNLP in 2019 and a WFT Consumptief Krediet degree from Lindenhaeghe in 2017. In 2016, they also obtained a WFT Basis degree from Lindenhaeghe. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in FEM, Financieel Economisch Management from Hogeschool SDO. Earlier in their education, they completed a VPS degree in Salarisadministratie/Payroll from 2Xplain in 2009 and a PDL degree in Salarisadministratie/Payroll from Quoratio in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Arie has obtained several certifications in various fields, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Magnificant motivator, Certified Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, Certified Strategic HR Leader, Certified Digital HR Specialist, The Three Pillars of Effective Leadership by Jeff Weiner, Certified Learning and Development Specialist, and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I).
