Cam R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Group Leader at Rite of Passage, where they managed a team and provided guidance to adolescent youth. Cam then worked as a Service Desk Manager at TransFirst, handling internal IT-related issues and managing a ticketing system. They also served as a Field Service Technician at Rise Broadband, maintaining a perfect customer satisfaction rating. Cam later joined The Blake Team - Keller Williams Realty as a Marketing and Database Manager, overseeing social media accounts and marketing campaigns. They then moved on to Anchor Network Solutions, Inc. as a vCIO, focusing on resolving technical issues and managing ticket escalations. Cam's most recent role was as a Senior Systems Engineer at Tech Inc Solutions. Currently, Cam holds the position of Regional Manager at CMIT Solutions, LLC.

Cam R. has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a High School Diploma from St. John's Military School, where they studied General Studies and graduated in 2008. Following this, Cam R. attended the Community College of Aurora from 2009 to 2010, earning a Web Development Certificate with a focus on Web Page Design and Adobe.

In addition to their formal education, Cam R. has acquired a number of certifications. In 2008, they obtained a Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft. They also obtained a Resident Producer for Accident and Health Insurance certification from the State of Colorado in August 2012.

More recently, Cam R. has pursued several additional certifications. In March 2019, they completed a series of customer service courses offered by LinkedIn, including Customer Service in the Field, Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, Phone-Based Customer Service, Working with Upset Customers, and Writing Customer Service Emails.

In February 2020, Cam R. became an IT Glue Certified Expert through IT Glue, further expanding their expertise in the field.

Their most recent certifications were obtained in May 2022 from Webroot, where they completed Security Awareness Training Sales Certification as well as Security Awareness Training Technical Certification.
