Matthew Phillips

VP Global Marketing at CML Microsystems

Matthew Phillips has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and business development roles. Matthew currently serves as the VP Global Marketing at CML Microcircuits. Prior to this, Matthew was the Founder and CEO of Tamanin Wireless Ltd., where they provided consulting services on investment, sales, marketing, and business development for wireless technology companies. Matthew also co-founded Siametric Systems and served as the Director. Matthew worked at Dialog Semiconductor as the Business Development Director for Bluetooth-Smart product line and later as the Worldwide FAE Director. Matthew held the position of VP Business Development at Nwave Technologies, contributing to the development and deployment of a wireless network for the Internet of Things. Prior to that, they were the SVP Handset BU at CSR Plc, leading the company's handset business. Matthew has also worked at CML Microcircuits as a Marketing Manager and at Philips Radio Communication Systems as a Senior Systems Planning Engineer. Their extensive experience spans the fields of marketing, business development, strategic planning, and product management in the wireless technology industry.

Matthew Phillips attended Ramsey School in Halstead, Essex, United Kingdom from 1973 to 1981, where they pursued a general education. After completing their studies at Ramsey School, they furthered their education at Keele University from 1981 to 1984. At Keele University, Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Electronics.
