Kilby Dougherty

Kilby Dougherty has worked in various roles within the financial and real estate industries. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Closing Manager at Colliers International. Kilby then joined CIBC Mortgages Inc. as a Senior Funder/Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Kilby's most recent position is at CMLS Financial, where they began as a Senior Funding Officer in July 2010. Kilby later became the Co-Lead of Funding in January 2019, managing a team of Funding Officers and Senior Funding Officers. In March 2021, they were promoted to Manager of Commercial Funding, and in February 2024, they took on the role of Associate Director, responsible for commercial mortgage transactions.

Kilby Dougherty obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College from 1990 to 1993.
