Kim Ballantyne

Kim Ballantyne, CFM, serves as the Facilities Manager at CMLS Financial since March 2022. Previously, Kim managed the Real Estate & Facilities department at BrokerLink from June 2012 to August 2021, overseeing the development of the department for 55 locations and later specializing in space optimization and project management for over 200 sites across Canada. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Facilities, Procurement & Office Services at Alterna Savings from 2005 to 2011, where Kim directed operations for 27 locations with substantial budgets. Kim holds certifications in Facilities Planning and Management from Ryerson University and the University of Toronto, along with Level 1 and 2 Health and Safety certification from WSIB.
