Don Carlos Padua has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Don Carlos began their career in 1990 as a Front Desk Agent at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. From there, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at VIVA WYNDHAM DOMINICUS BEACH & PALACE and Paradisus Punta Cana. In 1997, they joined Casa Del Mar Beach Resort as a Front Desk Agent before transitioning to the role of Front Desk Agent at Occidental Flamenco Punta Cana Resort. In 2001, they became a Credit Manager at Occidental Allegro Punta Cana Resort.
In 2007, Don Carlos Padua shifted their focus to customer service and worked as a Customer Service Representative at STi Prepaid. Don Carlos then joined Convergys as a Customer Service Representative in 2012. It was during this time that they also founded MR. Ca$h and held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until 2017.
In 2017, Don Carlos Padua became the Managing Director Punta Cana Affiliate at CMN Funding, where they currently hold a position.
Don Carlos Padua pursued their education in a sequential manner. From 1977 to 1989, they attended Colegio Santa Rosa de Lima, where they earned their Bachelor's degree. Subsequently, they enrolled at Universidad Federico Henríquez y Carvajal from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Financial Management and obtained a degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
