Sophia Agustina serves as the Advisory Board and Growth and Relationship Marketing Officer for the CMO Council in North America, engaging with stakeholders in the global marketing ecosystem. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Gain Relationship, a consultancy focused on customer-centric strategies, Sophia developed the 9 Cs framework to enhance business outcomes. Additional roles include Board Director for RecycleBalls, where efforts concentrate on sustainability and community engagement, and Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, connecting leaders to inspire growth and impact. Sophia's marketing expertise was further honed during tenure at IBM, where significant achievements included leading integrated strategies that dramatically improved performance and recognition through awards. Educationally, Sophia holds an MBA with a dual focus on Marketing and MIS from Northwestern University and Bentley University, alongside a Bachelor's in Marketing and Finance from the University of Oregon.
