Baron Belalov has a diverse range of work experience that spans various industries and roles. Baron started their career as a Customer Service Representative at BMO Financial Group, where they provided financial advice and executed transactions. Later, they founded HouseHeads Apparel, an apparel brand catering to the house and techno music scene, where they handled various aspects of the business, including design, website creation, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Baron then co-founded Strawberry Media, an internationally recognized advertising agency known for its creative and performance-driven approach. After selling the company, they joined Ferrow Real Estate Inc. as a Marketing Director, where they managed digital marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships to provide quality services for real estate investors in the GTA.

In their more recent roles, Baron served as a Senior Strategist at OneCore Media, working with clients from various industries to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and oversee their execution. Baron also held fractional CMO positions at Cyber Infrastructure (CIS), Beyond Affluent, and CMOx - The Fractional Chief Marketing Officer Company. In these roles, they collaborated with internal teams, vendors, and executive teams to develop and implement holistic marketing strategies and optimize marketing performance.
