Beccie D'Cunha

Beccie D'Cunha is the founder of Courage Lab, where Beccie empowers leaders and teams through courageous conversations. Beccie is a Certified Practitioner at Lumina Learning, an Associate Practitioner at CMP Resolutions, an Associate at Bailey & French, and the former Head Of Business Operations at The Platform. Prior to these roles, Beccie held positions such as CEO at RoadPeace and Greenbelt, Director of Resolution Services at The TCM Group, and Local Campaigns Coordinator at Campaign Against Arms Trade. Beccie also served as the Campaigns Team Manager at The SPEAK Network. Beccie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Leeds and has completed various certifications and qualifications throughout their academic and professional career.
