The leadership team at CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions has a long history of experience in the industry. Paul Gerin Lajoie, the Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Quality, has been with the company for many years and has a wealth of experience in industrial engineering and quality control. The Executive Vice President, Co-Founder & Vice President, and Vice President & BOD Member all have experience in HR and strategic planning from their time at Jabil Advanced Mechanical Solutions. The VP of Engineering & Product Development comes from a background in refrigeration and ventilation equipment manufacturing. Lastly, the Conseiller stratégique en ressources humaines et en relations de travail rounds out the team with his experience in continuous improvement networks and as an adjunct professor for MBA programs.
