Caroline Vivier

Caroline VIVIER has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Responsable Recrutement & Marque employeur at CMP Group since September 2016. In this role, Caroline oversees recruitment policies, manages hiring processes, and develops the employer brand strategy. Previously, Caroline held the position of Chargée RH et Recrutement, managing approximately 70 recruitments annually across various roles. Early career experience includes roles at Manpower Conseil Recrutement and SOLUTIA, focusing on diverse recruitment needs and administrative functions. Caroline earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Groupe ESA Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Université de Picardie Jules Verne, complemented by a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences.
